Colin le Duc
FOUNDING PARTNER, GENERATION INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
Colin le Duc is a Founding Partner of Generation Investment Management. Generation was established in 2004 as a dedicated sustainable investor. Colin is head of the firm’s San Francisco office and focuses primarily on Generation’s Private Markets businesses. He also serves as Vice Chair of Just Climate, a Generation business dedicated to climate-led investing. Prior to co-founding Generation Investment Management, he worked for Sustainable Asset Management in Zurich (now owned by Robeco), Arthur D. Little in London, and TotalEnergies in Paris. Colin serves on the board of the Ocean Conservancy.

Lucas Joppa
SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR AND CHIEF SUSTAINABILITY OFFICER, HAVELI INVESTMENTS
Lucas Joppa is a Senior Managing Director and Chief Sustainability Officer at Haveli Investments. Before Haveli, Lucas was Microsoft’s first Chief Environmental Scientist and then first Chief Environmental Officer, responsible for Microsoft's overall environmental sustainability vision, strategy, and program execution. He has a background in both environment science and data science and is recognized for his work in sustainability, appearing on Fortune’s “40 Under 40” list. Based in Seattle, Lucas now oversees Haveli's sustainability software and AI strategy across operations and investment opportunities. He joined the firm in 2022 and has over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of economic and environmental systems with a strong focus on technology. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Ph.D. from Duke University.
